Elisabeth Schoch - Managing Director of Alchemy Network GmbH - is a fully accredited Partner with the Alchemy Network and a part of several Business Clubs, as well as a Business Angels Club. Beside her practical background, Elisabeth has acquired a Federal Diploma in Marketing as well as an MBA.

She looks back on 25 years of successful marketing experience of senior level positions in international SME in a variety of  industries, including publishing, advertising, manufacturing, construction and housing, maintenance and other B2B industries. As an independent Senior Consultant for growth strategies, business planning and start-ups, she implemented direct marketing, innovation and sales strategies within several companies. She supported companies in the analysis of growth potentials, the development of multichannel marketing strategies and accelerated growth and profits for her customers. Furthermore she has advanced project management skills on senior management level and managed several strategic projects.

Elisabeth brings with her a broad managerial and leadership background and a broad international business experience. She supports her business partners, not only with her extensive economic knowledge in Marketing and Finance but also helps Business Owners and Consultants to grow personally with the growth of their business.

In 2009 she acquired the Master License for Switzerland and the German speaking countries and is continuously growing the Network, mainly in Switzerland and in Germany. She continues to increase her own consultation work and is still working with business owners to grow their business. One of her customers has grown his business by 15% in only 12 months and increased in the same period the net profit by 750K CHF.

Her challenge is to establish the Alchemy Network in the German speaking markets and bring the proven and highly effective Alchemy tools and methods into the German speaking world, by not only translating but also by adopting the Alchemy Network methodologies.
