In his progression to business consulting, David moved through a number of sales, business ownership and marketing management roles. Identifying marketing as the key to business, David says: "No matter what type of company you run, the acquisition of customers is the real business. The country estate in which David Abingdon now resides with his wife and 2 children is a far cry from the deprived area in Birmingham, England, where he spent his childhood. He enjoys music, reading, business activities and flying.
